Payment and Insurance

Payment is due at the time of your appointment. For inperson sessions, you may pay by debit or with credit card, or in cash. I accept major health insurance policies, including Bupa International; please note that some insurers cap osteopathic treatments, and any shortfall will be your responsibility. For clients abroad or those preferring remote payment, PayPal is available for online consultations.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please
provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50 % charge of the
    scheduled fee.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be charged at the full scheduled fee.

Late Arrival

Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full session. If you arrive late, your
appointment may need to be shortened so that subsequent clients are not delayed.
