A patient requires a knee-replacement; she lives between several countries and her children are educated in London. Surgery is planned prior to a school holiday, but the family is accustomed to spending vacations in Switzerland. This means that the patient wishes to travel abroad within a week of the procedure.

- The potential client is offered an initial appointment which lasts about 2 hours. A very detailed case history is taken, and all requirements and options addressed.
